For most events within our core areas — Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton — travel is often included in our packages. For venues further afield, such as downtown Toronto, Niagara-on-the-Lake, or Kitchener-Waterloo, a modest travel fee may apply to cover gas and staff time. We always outline this clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.
Yes! Whether you're in a vineyard in Niagara or a park in Mississauga, we can bring the fun outside. We just require a flat surface, access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet, and a shelter (tent or covered patio) to protect the equipment from direct sun or rain.
Ideally a 10×10 foot space to accommodate the backdrop, the camera kiosk, and the prop table comfortably. If your venue has tighter constraints, let us know — we can adjust our footprint to fit smaller corners without sacrificing the experience.
