Mississauga bookings are usually our biggest of the year. Convention centre weddings of 300 people, corporate nights near the airport, and cultural celebrations that run late. A big room means a long line at the booth, so the 4 hour Ultimate package gets booked here more than anywhere else we work.
The prints keep up. A 2x6 strip comes out in about ten seconds and the attendant hands it over, so the queue keeps moving even at 300 guests. Guests also text themselves the digital copy while they wait.
Travel is included. Essential $550 for 2 hours, Signature $650 for 3, Ultimate $800 for 4, extra hours $150, all plus HST.
Venues we know
Real venues in and around Mississauga where an open-air booth fits comfortably.
If your Mississauga venue is a hotel or a convention centre, send us the coordinator's name with the date. Most of them want a vendor form and a certificate of insurance, and we would rather handle that early.
Big guest counts. Past about 150 guests, 2 hours of booth time is not enough. Half the room misses it. For 200 to 350 we recommend Ultimate at $800 for 4 hours.
Airport-area hotels. Load-in at the airport hotels usually means a service elevator and a security desk. Give us the venue contact and we sort it with them directly.
Cultural celebrations. Sangeets, engagement parties and milestone celebrations often want the strip designed in specific colours with names in two scripts. We design it and send a proof before the date.

What arrives
The same kit whatever the venue and whatever the length you book.
A DSLR with studio strobes, not a tablet and a ring light. Skin looks like skin, and a dark room stops being a problem.
2x6 strips as fast as guests can take them, 4x6 prints if you prefer the bigger format. Printed on proper photo stock in about ten seconds.
Guests send their photos, GIFs and boomerangs to their own phone by text, email or QR code before they leave the booth.
Someone from Aura runs the booth the whole time, keeps the line moving and helps guests who have never used one.
We design the strip and the start screen around your names, date, colours or logo, and send a proof before the event.
We arrive about an hour early and pack down after. None of it counts against your booth hours.

Almost certainly. The venues listed on this page, such as Mississauga Convention Centre and Living Arts Centre, all have rooms where an open-air booth fits comfortably. Send us your venue name and we will tell you straight away whether the space works.

Yes, with shelter over the booth, shade on the backdrop and an outlet within 25 feet. A tent, gazebo or covered terrace is enough.
Within the hour, between 7am and 11pm. Send the date and the venue and we reply with availability and a price. A 25% deposit holds the date and the balance is due after the event.
Travel is included across Halton, which is Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, plus Hamilton and Mississauga. Toronto and the rest of the GTA carry a flat travel fee that we quote up front, and most Toronto venues land between $50 and $100. Niagara is a flat fee too, quoted with your price.
