Milton is mostly golf clubs, the heritage park and backyards. It is also the part of our area that grew fastest, which means a lot of first weddings and a lot of thirtieth birthdays in new subdivisions off Louis St Laurent.
Backyard events here are worth planning properly. We need a flat 10 by 10 space, shelter over the booth, and an outlet within 25 feet. A gazebo or a rented tent does the job. If the forecast turns we will work out a plan B with you the week of.
Pricing does not change for Milton and travel is included. $550 for 2 hours, $650 for 3, $800 for 4, extra hour $150, all plus HST. The digital booth is Burlington, Oakville and Waterdown only.
Venues we know

A lot of Milton work is at private homes rather than venues. Send a photo of the space you have in mind and we will tell you if the booth fits before you commit.
Backyards and tents. Half our Milton bookings are at home. The rule is simple: flat ground, shelter, shade, and a 120V outlet within 25 feet. A standard 10 by 10 rented tent covers the booth and the prop table.
Golf club timelines. Clubhouse receptions usually run the booth from dinner through the first hour of dancing, which is 3 hours. Signature at $650 is the usual choice.
Short notice. Because Milton is close, we can often take a booking with a week of notice if the date is open. Text us rather than email if the event is inside seven days.

What arrives
The same kit whatever the venue and whatever the length you book.
A DSLR with studio strobes, not a tablet and a ring light. Skin looks like skin, and a dark room stops being a problem.
2x6 strips as fast as guests can take them, 4x6 prints if you prefer the bigger format. Printed on proper photo stock in about ten seconds.
Guests send their photos, GIFs and boomerangs to their own phone by text, email or QR code before they leave the booth.
Someone from Aura runs the booth the whole time, keeps the line moving and helps guests who have never used one.
We design the strip and the start screen around your names, date, colours or logo, and send a proof before the event.
We arrive about an hour early and pack down after. None of it counts against your booth hours.

Within the hour, between 7am and 11pm. Send the date and the venue and we reply with availability and a price. A 25% deposit holds the date and the balance is due after the event.
Travel is included across Halton, which is Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, plus Hamilton and Mississauga. Toronto and the rest of the GTA carry a flat travel fee that we quote up front, and most Toronto venues land between $50 and $100. Niagara is a flat fee too, quoted with your price.
