The booth, the printer, the studio strobe, the white backdrop and a table of props. It goes up in about 45 minutes before your booked hours start, and one of us stays with it until the end.
What you get
Every attended package includes the same equipment and the same person running it. The only thing that changes is how long we stay.
A DSLR with studio strobes, not a tablet and a ring light. Skin looks like skin, and a dark room stops being a problem.
2x6 strips as fast as guests can take them, 4x6 prints if you prefer the bigger format. Printed on proper photo stock in about ten seconds.
Guests send their photos, GIFs and boomerangs to their own phone by text, email or QR code before they leave the booth.
Someone from Aura runs the booth the whole time, keeps the line moving and helps guests who have never used one.
We design the strip and the start screen around your names, date, colours or logo, and send a proof before the event.
We arrive about an hour early and pack down after. None of it counts against your booth hours.

For smaller rooms, under about 30 guests, or when prints are not the point. Guests tap to start and send photos, GIFs and boomerangs straight to their own phone. No attendant, no printer, $350 for 2 hours plus HST.
Every package comes with the clean white studio backdrop, which is what makes the lighting work and what most people actually want. Add the flower wall for $100, or we design and print a custom backdrop from $250.

Every attended package includes a custom 2x6 strip and a matching start screen. Four of these are real Aura client designs. The rest are layouts we print, and the names on those are made up.

How booking works
Text or send the form, we hold the date, a deposit confirms it. That is the whole process.

You get availability, a price and any travel fee in one message. Say yes and the date is held for you while the paperwork goes out.
A 25% deposit locks the booking in. Then we design the strip and the start screen and send a proof. The balance is due after the event.

Yes, on every attended package. They arrive about an hour before the booth opens, run it for the whole rental, and pack down after.
About 10 feet by 10 feet, and a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. We bring the booth, the lights, the backdrop and the prop table. Outdoors we need shelter and shade.
Travel is included across Halton, which is Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, plus Hamilton and Mississauga. Toronto and the rest of the GTA carry a flat travel fee that we quote up front, and most Toronto venues land between $50 and $100. Niagara is a flat fee too, quoted with your price.
