Niagara carries a flat travel fee. It is an amount based on the venue, it goes on the quote up front, and it does not change afterwards. Everything else about the booking is identical to an event inside the included area.
Almost all of our Niagara work is winery and estate weddings, which means a lot of outdoor and semi-outdoor setups. We need shelter over the booth, shade so the camera is not fighting the sun, and a 120V outlet within 25 feet. Most wineries have a covered terrace that works perfectly.
Because the drive is longer we tend to recommend 3 or 4 hours rather than 2. Signature at $650 or Ultimate at $800 gets more value out of the day than the 2 hour Essential.

Send the winery or venue name with your date and we will quote the travel fee at the same time as the package, so there is one number to say yes to.
Travel fee. Travel is included across Halton, Hamilton and Mississauga. Niagara sits outside that, so there is a flat fee based on the venue. You see it on the first quote, and it does not change afterwards.
Outdoor winery setups. Terraces and barrel rooms both work. Open lawn does not, unless there is a tent. Direct sun on the backdrop makes every photo worse, so we will ask for a shaded spot.
Longer days. With the drive involved, most Niagara couples book 3 or 4 hours. It also covers the gap between ceremony and dinner, which is when a booth earns its place at a winery.

What arrives
The same kit whatever the venue and whatever the length you book.
A DSLR with studio strobes, not a tablet and a ring light. Skin looks like skin, and a dark room stops being a problem.
2x6 strips as fast as guests can take them, 4x6 prints if you prefer the bigger format. Printed on proper photo stock in about ten seconds.
Guests send their photos, GIFs and boomerangs to their own phone by text, email or QR code before they leave the booth.
Someone from Aura runs the booth the whole time, keeps the line moving and helps guests who have never used one.
We design the strip and the start screen around your names, date, colours or logo, and send a proof before the event.
We arrive about an hour early and pack down after. None of it counts against your booth hours.

Almost certainly. The venues listed on this page, such as Queen's Landing and Prince of Wales Hotel and Spa, all have rooms where an open-air booth fits comfortably. Send us your venue name and we will tell you straight away whether the space works.

Within the hour, between 7am and 11pm. Send the date and the venue and we reply with availability and a price. A 25% deposit holds the date and the balance is due after the event.

Toronto and the rest of the GTA carry a flat travel fee that we quote up front, and most Toronto venues land between $50 and $100. Niagara is a flat fee too, quoted with your price.
